Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Tools

  Securely place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and firmly attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
